Kotlin on DEVAE
Kotlin on DEVAE covers both halves of the language's life: Android apps built with Jetpack Compose, and server-side work with Ktor or Spring. Multiplatform projects are a frequent topic, as are coroutines and the practical questions about structuring a codebase that mixes Kotlin with legacy Java. Rooms are useful for pairing on an emulator or a build problem, since you share the screen and the Gradle output rather than describing it.
The Kotlin hub →Developers in Costa Rica
Costa Rica has hosted shared-services and nearshore operations for decades, which gave it a deep pool of English-speaking engineers relative to its population. Political stability and a central time zone keep it attractive to United States firms, though costs are higher than elsewhere in Central America.

No. The location is just a filter. Members work with people across time zones every day; Costa Rica simply makes it easier to find someone who shares your hours or wants to meet in person.
