Please read these terms carefully before using the DEVAE platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DEVAE platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. DEVAE will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service; (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (e) collect or store personal information about other users without their consent; (f) use the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DEVAE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any code, content, or materials you create or upload to the Service. By posting content on the Service, you grant DEVAE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DEVAE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. The total liability of DEVAE for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to DEVAE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
