Kotlin on DEVAE
Kotlin on DEVAE covers both halves of the language's life: Android apps built with Jetpack Compose, and server-side work with Ktor or Spring. Multiplatform projects are a frequent topic, as are coroutines and the practical questions about structuring a codebase that mixes Kotlin with legacy Java. Rooms are useful for pairing on an emulator or a build problem, since you share the screen and the Gradle output rather than describing it.
The Kotlin hub →Developers in Coimbra
Coimbra is a historic university city whose informatics and biomedical engineering programmes supply graduates to the whole country, with a small local cluster of health technology and software firms. Most experienced developers there work remotely or relocate to Lisbon and Porto.
