Next.js on DEVAE
Next.js questions on DEVAE tend to be architectural: App Router versus Pages, where a fetch should live, how caching and revalidation really behave, deploying outside Vercel, and keeping a monorepo sane. Because so many members ship SaaS products on Next.js, the hub doubles as a build-in-public feed — you will see landing pages, auth flows and billing integrations posted the day they go live, with the tradeoffs explained. DEVAE itself is a Next.js application, so the team hangs out here too and answers questions about the platform's own stack.
The Next.js hub →Developers in San Juan
San Juan operates under United States law and currency, which removes the payment and contracting friction that affects the rest of the Caribbean. The University of Puerto Rico supplies engineers, tax incentives have attracted mainland remote workers, and most software employment is with firms based on the mainland.
