Next.js developers in Nigeria
This is the free DEVAE community for Next.js developers in Nigeria: members near you who work with Next.js, what they're building, and live rooms you can join to pair or debug.
Next.js on DEVAE
Next.js questions on DEVAE tend to be architectural: App Router versus Pages, where a fetch should live, how caching and revalidation really behave, deploying outside Vercel, and keeping a monorepo sane. Because so many members ship SaaS products on Next.js, the hub doubles as a build-in-public feed — you will see landing pages, auth flows and billing integrations posted the day they go live, with the tradeoffs explained. DEVAE itself is a Next.js application, so the team hangs out here too and answers questions about the platform's own stack.
The Next.js hub →Developers in Nigeria
Nigeria has the largest developer population in Africa, concentrated in Lagos and driven by payments and banking infrastructure. English is the working language, universities and private academies both feed the pipeline, and remote contracts with European and United States companies are widespread. Power reliability is a routine engineering consideration.

Post what you're building with the Next.js tag and the collaboration flag — it reaches Nigeria members first and shows up on the find-teammates page. You can also open a live room with screen and terminal sharing and invite people directly.
No. The location is just a filter. Members work with people across time zones every day; Nigeria simply makes it easier to find someone who shares your hours or wants to meet in person.
