DEVAE's Karachi community is a free hub for developers in Karachi to meet, show what they're building, open live rooms to pair or debug, and find teammates nearby. Karachi is the largest city in Pakistan and home to a very large developer population: software houses and agencies, fintech and e-commerce companies, a big freelance and remote workforce, and thousands of students from the city's universities. What the scene has lacked is a single place where those developers can find each other outside of WhatsApp groups and occasional meetups. DEVAE's team is from Karachi, and this hub is the first city community the platform is seeding. Members based in Karachi appear here with their stack and current project, and rooms let you pair, get a code review or practise an interview with someone across the city at any hour.
