JavaScript on DEVAE
JavaScript is the largest group on the platform because it sits underneath almost everything else here: React and Vue on the front end, Node on the back end, and the tooling in between. The hub is not a tutorial site. It is where people post the thing they shipped this week, ask for a second pair of eyes on a tricky closure or event loop bug, and open a room to fix it together with a screen and a terminal shared.
The JavaScript hub →Developers in Kingston
Kingston's technology workforce comes largely from the University of the West Indies at Mona and from a substantial business-process outsourcing industry. English is the working language, the time zone suits United States clients, and software development is gradually growing out of the services base.
