Elixir on DEVAE
Elixir members are usually building systems where concurrency and uptime matter: real-time features, messaging, telemetry pipelines and LiveView applications that replace a whole front-end stack. Threads cover OTP design, supervision trees, deployment and clustering, and the practical question of adopting Elixir inside a company that does not use it yet. The community is small and correspondingly high-signal — people answer in depth.
The Elixir hub →Developers in Salvador
Salvador's developer population works largely in public administration, energy and services firms, with UFBA as the main academic source. The local product industry is thin relative to the city's size, so remote employment with companies in São Paulo or abroad is a normal career path here.
